Description (Japanese): 岐阜、長野、愛知の県境に自生。隔離分布も含めてもわずかな自生しか見られない。雌雄異株。春、花が咲き、後から新葉が出てくる。葉裏は粉白色、若い木は３裂になるが成木になると広卵形になることが多い。果実は６月に成熟する。大木が多い。
Description: This is found in the boundary areas of Gifu, Nagano, and Aichi Prefectures. The trees in the wild are few even if those distributed in isolation are included. Dioecious flowers. In spring, the flowers open before the leaves. The leaf underside is bluish white. The leaves of young trees are 3-lobed, becoming broad ovate when mature. The fruits ripen in June. There are many large trees in the wild.
