Description (Japanese): 里山に自生している強い植物。葉は幼木の間は３裂になるが、成木になると裂片がなくなることが多い。花の色が緑色から淡い茶色まで様々。夏から秋にかけて果実の色が赤くなり奇麗。秋は色とりどりに紅葉する。鉢植えに仕立てても楽しめる。
Description: A vigorous species which is growing in the village woods. The leaf shape is trifid when young, becoming often oblong-ovate when mature. The flower colors are variable from green to light brown. Its fruit color becomes red from summer to autumn and is beautiful. In the autumn, the leaf color turns to red in a variety of shade. We can enjoy even if it is planted in containers.
