Description en: Genus of one species of upright to mat-forming, evergreen shrub from acid woodland in E. USA. It is grown for its glossy foliage and abundance of star-shaped white flowers borne in terminal, umbel-like corymbs. Grow in a peat bed, shrub border, or woodland garden. It may spread widely by suckers.
