description_en: Genus of one species of usually ever-green tree from forest margins and gorges in tropical Africa. It is grown for its showy, bell-shaped flowers and large, pinnate leaves. Where temperatures fall below 13°C (55°F), grow S. campanulata in a warm greenhouse; it seldom blooms in containers. In tropical climates, use as a specimen tree.
