description_en: Genus of 1 or possibly 2 species of evergreen, epiphytic orchids from Brazil, occurring in warm, moist, forested areas. They have slender, compressed, ovoid pseudobulbs, each with 2 linear leaves at the tip, and a fine mat of aerial roots. Tiny flowers are borne in slender racemes arising from the bases of the pseudobulbs, and resemble a swarm of insects hovering above the plant.
